Our 6-hour food handling course has been designed for employees. Bed and Breakfast operators and volunteers involved in food preparation and provides basic hygiene principles for all food handlers. The food handling course allows you to work in bars and restaurants and any other venue which requires the handling food. There are no prerequisite courses required for this food handling course.
Learners are required to attend this unit dressed as though they were working in a café on the day. Neat clothing and covered shoes are a requirement.
